SP3 Driver
Introducing Geotech's new SP3 driver. The new Geotech SP3 driver is designed for ease of use and big distance. The lowest center of gravity design matched with huge MOI results in big distance without giving up stability and direction. The best and most distance is straight down the fairway.Many large MOI and ultra low CG drivers launch the ball too high or have a tendency to go left. The SP3 is designed to create big distance with a powerful trajectory and a straight drive down the middle!
BIG IMPACT, LOW SPIN
The new Geotech SP3 driver is a larger head featuring a super low center of gravity with a height of only 33.5mm thanks to optimal CG distribution. By maintaining low spin the ball does not rise too quickly resulting in a powerful long trajectory plus run out. Though 450cc in size, the head features a shallow back crown which creates a sense of confidence and security at address. Just swing through the ball.
FLAT LIE + LONGER CG DISTANCE
The SP3 features a flatter lie of 58 degrees matched with a longer center of gravity distance of 42.6mm which helps significantly reduce missed shots left. This allows more aggressive players to swing through the ball without worrying about pulling or hooking the ball.
7% LARGER MOI
The larger appearance at address thanks to a shallow back crown design feature horizontal MOI of 4356gcm2 which is about 7% larger than the average head. This increases forgiveness and decreases energy loss at impact resulting in straighter shots and faster ball speeds for more distance.
HIGH RIGIDITY SLIT SOLE DESIGN
While a shallow back head typically creates advantages like a lower and deeper center of gravity, there is a usual disadvantage of a lack of rigidity towards the back of the head which can result in a dull hitting sound and a loss of energy transfer. The SP3 improves the rigidity and sound at impact by implementing its own unique slit structure featuring deep cuts.
