HSW-V Utility
The new HSW-V Utility is designed to fly where you want it to fly, making hitting great shots more fun. The head has a slightly larger volume (U2 : 130cc) and a deep center of gravity. It is designed to easily launch the ball and provide stable and consistent direction. A larger gravity angle which matches its larger size makes it easy to square put to the ball for better contact and better direction. The HSW-V Utility, attack the pin with awesome distance and direction.
HIGH LAUNCH HEAD DESIGN
The depth of gravity has been placed deep in the head ensuring easy high launches even when hitting shots off the ground or off unfavorable lies. Using a proven SUS630 variable thickness face, matched with a high MOI body, the HSW-V focuses on stable and consistent performance. A wide variety of loft angles give you many choices for setting up your bag with the clubs that fit your distance to attack the pin.
VARIABLE THICKNESS CROWN DESIGN
By incorporating a variable thickness crown design, the HSW-V utility is able move excess weight towards the sole. This allows the center of gravity to shift deeper and further back. This is HSW or Heavy Sole Weight design which the club is named after. Creating the ideal center of gravity for optimal launch and maximum distance and control.
GRAVITY ANGLE DESIGN TO CATCH THE BALL SQUARE
With the weight of the crown reduced, the excess weight is shifted to the heel of the sole which increases the gravity angle. This allows the utility to square to the ball optimally for better contact in various situations.
VERSATILE STEP SOLE DESIGN
The step sole design of the HSW-V reduces friction and resistance when the club comes in contact with the ground. This allows players to achieve maximum swing speed through the impact zone and creates more stable performance in various lies. The slit behind the sole improves body rigidity and increases energy transfer for maximum power.
CONSTANT FORM DESIGN
Constant form design is part of the HSW series. We minimize the difference in form/shape across all lofts which aim at reducing shot variation by creating a consistent image and swing thus resulting in more accurate flight distance based on each specific loft.
