Many better golfers prefer the setup of an iron like ultilty over a wood like utility. This gives them a sense of more stability and control. The new U-717 is a slightly smaller utility with a shorter face length which gives it a more compact look at address and more stability in various lies. It maintains good forgiveness through a deep center of gravity and provides lots of versatility thanks to larger face progression.

The U-717 provides a sense of stability and control at address thanks to its smaller head. The smoothly curved shape gives versatility in various lies. Just aim at the pin and swing away.
SHORT CENTER OF GRAVITY = INCREASED OPERABILITY
The shorter center of gravity (34mm) allows the club to be responsive and playable. Players can aim and direct their shot with confidence. The center of gravity flows through the new GT set compimenting each club.
VARIABLE WEIGHT DESIGN
The club is fit with a 16g weight as standard. 4g, 8g, and 12g weights are also available as options allowing players to build clubs as needed without effecting swing weight.
