Many players want the feel of a forged iron but struggle with either a small head or a large and heavy head. We took the best selling GT I-813 and revised the design to be lighter weight opening up more options and flexibility for club settings.

LIGHT WEIGHT EASY SETTING
By designing the iron with a 5 iron weight of 248g which is lighter than the previous model, even with an extra 0.25″ in length, the club is still easy to swing. Building clubs with a lighter swing weight of around C9 or C8 also makes clubs easier to swing for better contact, especially with the long irons.
RESISTANT AGAINST TWISTING AND VIBRATIONS
A somewhat longer face length, large undercut cavity and ultra precision CNC processing allow for optimal weight distribution. A low center of gravity and wide sweet spot create better direction and distance on a consistent basis.
STRONG LOFT AND LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY
A low center of gravity even with the strong loft of the 5 iron at 23 degrees ensures a powerful launch angle and stable shots.
CRESCENT CUT SOLE
By creating leading edge relief through a crescent cut sole, the head improves interaction with the turf on contact, reducing loss of distance. This also allows for more powerful shots from bad lies like bunkers and bare ground.
OFFSET HELPS HEAD SQUARE UP
Offset and smaller face progression than most soft forged irons along with a slightly longer face allows the head to square up to the ball for better impact. Better impact equals better direction and distance as well as better feel.
